This module has been created to introduce participants in the Train the Trainer Institute on the Effective Use of Educational Technology on May 18, 19, 2000 at Seneca @York. It is also intended to begin a conversation about online learning that will take place within the online learning environment. I hope that your learning here will be multi-layered in terms of:

Shirley Lesch was the primary curriculum developer for this program and facilitated the initial workshop held in Central Region on May 18 & 19. 2000.  I am Frank Morris and I will be the facilitator for the onsite workshops in Western, Eastern and Northern Regions as well as the online facilitator.
